I already take a multivitamin everyday and I drink Green tea. Is there any herbs I can take that will just melt the fat away? I exercise everyday. I walk on the treadmill for an hour a day and I just orderd a new Tae Bo Set that I’m going to start doing everyday when I get it. I just need somekind of extra fat burning. I have increased and increased……… My workout and the weight has stoped coming off. I know that I’m probally gaining muscle but I haven’t lost any thing in about 2-3 wks. Please Help!

Hoodia is supposed to be the most effective.
Use Slippery Elm. It cleans your large intestine and helps your body to balance itself out.
I don’t know much about weight loss and exercize..but I do know that everyone reaches a plateau at one time or another. It seems I heard someone say you should decrease your daily calories when you reach this standstill so that your workouts will burn more than you take in. I do know that herbs are dangerous..and youshould use them wisely. They can have serious effects of your blood.
Sorry, “melting fat” involves a sensible eating plan and exercise. First, I think you may be doing too much cardio – a few trainer friends of mine said that all you really need is up to 45 minutes 5-6 days a week of cardio to lose weight/fat. Your body shuts down after that, which means any extra activity you’re doing is useless. Also, make sure you’re getting some strength training in with the rest of your workouts – lean muscle mass=increased metabolism=lots of burned fat!! In addition to eating enough well balanced meals that all include some form of protein, you may want to up your intake of chromium – it helps to metabolize carbohydrates in your body. I personally like a supplement called Metabotherm, which, among other herbs, contains chromium. You can find it on the website of a company called Intelligent Nutrients – the guy who created Aveda created this company, too. When I take these supplements, along with working out (remember, cardio AND strength training) and eating relatively well, I am very happy with the results. They give you a nice, safe, little boost of energy, too. Good luck!
You hit the nail on the head. You are likely gaining muscle. If you keep track of your measurements, rather than your weight, you will keep seeing changes.
My husband and I started taking coral calcium and have both started losing weight. No change in diet or anything. We didn’t start taking it for the purpose of losing weight either. They are finding that coral calcium is better absorbed by your body than others. You can find it in the drug store right next to the other calcium suppliments, and it really isn’t too too expensive either.
