Or is it just the menthol? On the label, the only active ingredient is menthol. All of the herbs are inactive ingredients.
I don’t know, but Ricola works the best for me than anything else. I assume it is because of the natural herbs…?
The menthol is the only thing that is “working”. The herbs are just for flavor.
