Thanks again kenetra! ) I will definitely check out your videos. Although I have completed this detox, I am going to continue making detoxing a consistent part of my life.
Yes I think it takes time to completely transition to an all RAW diet..I plan to do all RAW at least 4 times per week while only eating cooked vegan the other days and slowly transition myself…as when I first step into vegetarian way of eating I tried to do cold turkey and slipped up..I think a more gradual process leads to success….wishing you well…check out my detox vids on my page as well…I will also send you a friends request…peace
Thank you kenetra! I wish you all the best on your detox. Yes, raw foods are so full of life force that I feel so energized! I have had slipped up due to cravings from my old ways and I’ve noticed that my energy takes a nose dive when I eat these foods. I have been having problems sticking to a raw vegan diet. There was only about one week between going completely vegan and going raw vegan so I’m still trying. ) However, I have managed to continue with my vegan diet with no problems.
you did GREAT pinc…I am on day #8 of FBD and have watched your videos and they are very encouraging….13lbs in 3 weeks is awesome and the health benefits of RAW diet is even better…you go girl!
Hey lil sis… ) Yes, 13 pounds is a lot! I should be very grateful… and I am. ) I have not been working out as I should… only sporadically. This is something I definitely need to work on. Yeah, it wasn’t about weight loss, but it definitely helped to keep me motivated. )
Oh wow. 13 pounds in three weeks is good though. If you continue eating raw foods and exercising ever week ( I dont know your regular exercising schedule) then you could probably knock out close to double those pounds. But yet again, the detox wasn’t about weight loss, lol. But Im glad most of the toxins are away from your body. I know that you feel lighter, just in general.
Thanks again kenetra!
