I AM ENLISTING IN THE MILITARY AND IT’S BEEN ABOUT ONE MONTH SINCE I HAVE “SMOKED”, I DIDNT EVEN SMOKE A LOT, I ONLY TOOK A FEW HITS, LIKE MAYBE 3 OR 4. I HAVE BEEN DRINKING A LOT OF WATER, AND I ALSO MIXED ABOUT A TOTAL OF 9 DROPS OF BLEACH IN TWO BOTTLES OF WATER TO “CLEAN” OUT MY SYSTEM…THIS REMEDY WAS OFFERED UP AND AT THIS POINT I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO SEE WHAT OTHERS HAVE AND DO ABOUT THINGS LIKE THIS. NOTE* I HAVE DISCONTINUED SMOKING AND WILL NOT EVER AGAIN. I KNOW THAT IF I WOULD HAVE NEVER DID IT, I WOULD NOT BE IN THE SITUATION I AM IN, HOWEVER LETS NOT DWELL…

I am looking to boost my confidence, calm my nervous system, lessen anxiety and become focused on the present moment. What herbs are good for this? I can think of Valerian and green tea but would like others. Thanks in advance!

what are the best herbs to use, and what are their general qualities i.e. how long does it take to clean you out, how long does it cover any unwanted test results, how often to take.
